An Omega Watch Crystal Replacement

We have another noticeable Watch Crystal Replacement on this edition of the Weekly Before & After. It is a beautiful Omega Seamaster watch as well, but that can be missed when a glaring damaged crystal is front and center.

It is important to note that some crystal replacements also require the movement be replaced, since fragments of the broken or shattered crystal can get into the movement, luckily this one did not.

However, this example serves as a good example of how you can damage a watch crystal in a variety of ways. We compiled a list of ways for anyone to protect their watch here.
