Complex Ring Resizing
On this edition of the Weekly Before & After series, we focus on a very complex Ring Sizing. Rings with many gemstones are already a bit tricky, but it gets even more challenging when the stones are set in Sterling Silver (which many Jewelers won’t even attempt since Sterling Silver is a soft metal).
Here’s the breakdown on what our Master Jewelers did to repair this diamond ring:
- We sized the ring down by removing a tiny amount from the shank
- Checked and secured all diamond gemstones
- Performed a Rhodium Clean and Polish and there we go!
