A note to our customers about the Coronavirus

Providing and maintaining a safe, healthy environment at My Jewelry Repair is always a top priority for us, but particularly regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19).

We care deeply about doing our part to keep our team and community safe and want to let you know what we are doing. In keeping with the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), My Jewelry Repair is following CDC’s recommended health and hygiene guidelines.

As we navigate COVID-19 together, what matters most is how we, as a company, care for you.

As our facilities are closed to the public, we are at an advantage as to limiting our exposure to the external environment. And as our customers, you may place orders, adjust settings, monitor your items, and more online and through the phone.

Inside our facility, hand sanitizer stations are available at every entrance in every room, we have increased our cleaning frequency, and added more full disinfection procedures.

We have, similarly, increased the frequency of deep cleaning and disinfecting our offices. We have also limited any non-essential travel, and are encouraging team members to stay home if they aren’t feeling well.

As for any repairs in our facility, all repairs are thoroughly cleaned, including with steamers, already.
