I sent my Mont Blanc Pen to My Jewelry Repair to be serviced and went through a relatively easy process of getting the packing information, taking photos of the pen, and sending it to them at their offices in California.  They quickly gave me the details and cost to do the work and we moved forward as promised.  The pen was repaired and photos of the repair were made before being returned to me.  When I received the pen back, the pen was damaged.  I called and they asked that I take a photo of the pen so they could see the damage.  There was no debate about fault.  The CEO took charge and made things happen--quickly and honorably.  I felt like a valued client whose business was appreciated.  Within a day or so, they sent me a photo of the repair and told me the pen was in the mail and when it would be delivered--no debate,  no blame,  just good service that I feel was above and beyond reasonable and I wanted to share this story with those that might do business with My Jewelry. At first I was skeptical about this company since their only option for repairing stuff is by mail call me old school but I like knowing where my stuff is going if I'm going to send it by mail I spoke to multiple customer service people throughout the process and they were all very assuring and helpful so I figured I'd give it a go once I started the order process it wasn't so bad the one thing I wasn't too happy about was the time it took to repair my watch but they reassured me it was because they were waiting for some part from the manufacturer or something so can't really hold that against them. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work and thankful for the people picking up the phone every time I had a question they walked me through the whole process and now I can finally enjoy having my watch back
