Choose your shipping and insurance preference, and enjoy a free evaluation and repair quote once your item is in our care. Follow our step-by-step packing instructions to ensure your item’s safe arrival. Schedule a UPS pickup or drop off your package at a nearby UPS location. If you’re using a Sears Care Plan, shipping and insurance is provided by Sears. - Approve the Work
Once your item reaches our facility, we’ll provide a detailed inspection and personalized repair quote. If covered by Sears Care Plans, we’ll begin immediately. If not, you choose which repairs to approve—no commitment required. As soon as we get your approval, we will begin the repair of your jewelry or timepiece. - Expert Repairs

If you have questions about the terms of your Sears Care Plan coverage or exceptions to your coverage, replacement of items, plan cancellations or Sears Care Plan redemption, please contact the Sears store where you purchased your plan or any Sears location.
