Depending on the kind of repair service you will need, the timeline for your repair process can vary. For your convenience, we have created a breakdown of what a timeline for your repair would look like below.

After I print my shipping label, how long does it usually take to reach My Jewelry Repair?

After your order is shipped via USPS or UPS, it will be received into our facility within 2-3 business days permitting any weather issues or delays with the courier. If you notice your package is taking longer than expected to arrive to My Jewelry Repair, give us a call and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will contact the courier for a status on your shipment.

How long does it take to receive an estimate?

Once your jewelry is received, one of our Master Jewelers will carefully inspect your piece and will typically provide an estimate within 1 business day. If there is a special part needed (Clasp, Diamond, Gemstone, Pearl, etc.), the estimate may take up to 72 hours to be provided as our teams source the perfectly matching part to repair your jewelry.

Watches

Your watch will be put through diagnostic testing as soon as it is received. Once the price for the parts needed to repair your watch is received from the manufacturer, the estimate will be provided to you promptly. This entire process takes about 48-72 hours.

How long will it take for my jewelry to be repaired?

After your estimate is reviewed and approved by you, My Jewelry Repair will start the process of repairing your jewelry immediately. The entire process usually takes 2-4 business days. This will include the repair process itself, followed by a thorough inspection by our Quality Assurance Team to verify that your ring is in flawless condition, and HD photography of everything repaired from your order.

My Jewelry Repair has the ability to supply most parts, however in some special cases we may need to utilize one of our vendors to locate the part needed. In these cases, we may need a few additional business days to allow time for our vendors locate the proper match.

How long will it take for my watch battery to be replaced?

The master watch technicians at My Jewelry Repair can typically perform a battery replacement within 3 business days. Our battery replacements include re-pressurization and ensuring your watch is sealed properly and holds water resistance. We will also perform a complimentary cleaning and polishing.

How long will my watch take to be repaired if a part is required?

After ordering the parts needed from the watch manufacturer, they can typically be on order for 3-4 weeks. As soon as your parts are received, you can expect your watch to be completed within a week.

Watch repair times can vary for certain brands, luxury and/or vintage watches, or based on the condition of your timepiece.

Once my order is completed, when will I receive it back?

Your package will be shipped out from our facility and tracking information will be emailed to you immediately. After your order is shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-3 business days permitting any weather issues or delays with the courier. To ensure your package is secure, we ship all orders using signature required. If your schedule does not permit you to sign for the package during normal business hours, we recommend using your work address as the return shipping address in order to avoid any delays with the courier.
