Warranty Information

We understand that every item we repair is unique and requires different levels of protection. Therefore, we offer different warranties depending on the type of item. Our 30-day Jewelry Warranty applies to rings, bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and cufflinks. If you are not entirely satisfied with our workmanship, we offer a redo within 30 days of delivery and a refund after the redo if necessary.

Our 1 Year TimePeace Warranty is provided for mechanical watches, which are intricate machines with numerous moving parts that require the utmost care. This warranty covers workmanship and functionality issues that may arise due to normal wearing conditions within the scope of the manufacturer’s original performance and component design.

Exclusions and Limitations

Please note that this warranty only covers components that we have worked on during the repair. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or non-My Jewelry Repair products. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover any modifications made without our written permission.

Obtaining Warranty Service

We take great care in ensuring that every repair we do is of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our workmanship, we offer the option of a refund or redo, which can be requested by filling out the Warranty Service Authorization Form below. Please provide as much detail as possible about the item and the reason for your request, and our team will be in touch with you shortly.

Please note that shipping charges may apply, and that water damage is not covered under our warranty unless the timepiece is pressure certified by us. Lastly, we do not cover any non-My Jewelry Repair product or part not covered by this warranty.
