Choose your shipping and insurance preference, and enjoy a free evaluation and repair quote once your item is in our care. Follow our step-by-step packing instructions to ensure your item’s safe arrival. Schedule a UPS pickup or drop off your package at a nearby UPS location. If you’re using a Daniel’s Jewelers Protection Plan, shipping and insurance is provided by Daniel’s Jewelers. - Approve the Work
Once your item reaches our facility, we’ll provide a detailed inspection and personalized repair quote. If covered by Daniel’s Jewelers Care Plans, we’ll begin immediately. If not, you choose which repairs to approve—no commitment required. As soon as we get your approval, we will begin the repair of your jewelry or timepiece. - Expert Repairs
