A Ring with a Missing Head Stone

On this edition of the before and after, we work on this sapphire and diamond ring that had a broken head (mounting that holds center stone), and a missing stone.

For this particular Stone Replacement, we had to:

  • Supply and solder a new head
  • Set the marquis diamond into the new head
  • Supply and set the missing round cut diamond
  • Finish with a rhodium clean and polish
