On this edition of the Before & After series, we have a watch that is not keeping proper time with a cracked crystal and badly scratched case.
With a cracked crystal, it’s also important to check if there are tiny glass particles affecting the internal parts of the watch movement, which could also lead to further damage if not properly evaluated and serviced.
For this full repair process, we had to:
- Perform a Clean & Overhaul (Quartz Movement)
- Replace the Stem & Crown
- Provide a Watch Crystal Replacement
It is then all wrapped up with a professional clean & polish.
