A Heart-Shaped Gold Ring Repair
On this edition of the Before & After series, we have a 14k gold ring that had its heart-shaped turquoise gemstone fall out of its setting.
Fortunately, the owner of this ring had the turquoise gemstone in their possession, and they were able to send over both pieces to our experienced jewelers.
For this ring repair, we had to:
- Reset the loose turquoise gemstone
- Reapply the black rhodium
- Assess all other aspects of the gemstones to assure they are all secure
- Have our Quality Assurance Team inspect the precious item
It is then all wrapped up with our signature clean and polish and it’s good to go!
